Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of ExamsPrep, a service operated by ExamsPrep UK ("we", "us" or "our"). By creating an account, purchasing access or using the service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Accounts and eligibility

You must provide accurate information, keep account credentials confidential and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

ExamsPrep is intended for users aged 18 or older. We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to investigate misuse, protect the service or enforce these Terms.

2. Course access

A purchase gives the named user a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the selected course for the access period displayed at checkout. Access is not a recurring subscription unless checkout expressly states otherwise.

Features, syllabus versions and question coverage are described on the relevant course page. Candidates should use ExamsPrep alongside current official awarding-body materials and candidate updates.

3. Pricing, payment and refunds

Prices, included courses, access duration and any discount are shown before payment. Stripe processes payments. You authorise the stated one-time charge when submitting the checkout form.

Refunds and remedies are provided where required by applicable law and any additional policy displayed at purchase. Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights.

4. Pass guarantee

Where a paid plan includes the pass guarantee, eligibility requires a score of at least 70% on two full Simulation Mode mocks completed before the official exam date. A claim must be sent to support@examsprep.co.uk within 30 days of the official result and include reasonable evidence of the result.

After verification, the remedy is one additional month of access to the relevant course at no charge. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

5. Intellectual property and permitted use

ExamsPrep content, original questions, explanations, graphics, brand assets and software are owned by ExamsPrep UK or its licensors. Your access is for individual, non-commercial exam preparation.

You may not reproduce, scrape, publish, sell, share credentials for, reverse engineer or use substantial parts of the service to create a competing question bank, model-training dataset or commercial product without written permission.

6. Acceptable use

You must not interfere with service operation, bypass access controls, introduce malicious code, automate excessive requests, impersonate another person, misuse payment systems or use ExamsPrep unlawfully.

7. Accuracy, availability and exam outcomes

We work to keep content aligned with the stated syllabus version, but official materials and candidate notices remain authoritative. We may correct content, maintain the service or change features where reasonably required.

ExamsPrep supports preparation but does not guarantee an official exam result. Results depend on the candidate, the examination and factors outside our control.

8. Independent status

ExamsPrep and ExamsPrep UK are independent of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI) and other awarding bodies, regulators and institutions unless a page expressly states otherwise. Our practice questions are original and are not official examination questions.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability arising from a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for the affected service, except where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have jurisdiction, while mandatory rights and jurisdiction available to consumers elsewhere in the United Kingdom remain unaffected. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms prospectively when the service or legal requirements change. The latest revision date appears above. Questions can be sent to support@examsprep.co.uk.
